Palo Alto Residence

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley,  this 8800 square foot residence stands as a testament to modern simplicity.  Forged and refined for a tech giant in Palo Alto,  this project is featured in the November 2006 issue of Architectural Digest under the heading "A Not-So-Simple Plan". As a core design team member at Steven Ehrlich Architects, I worked on this house for an entire year in all phases of design and production.

Dubai Residence

The Al-Ghurair Residence was the first project I worked on after graduating Architecture school from Auburn University and traveling to Los Angeles to design for Steven Ehrlich Architects. The initial scheme called for a 42,000 square foot  residence for a family of five and an army of service staff.  The final design ended up utilizing 33,000 square feet in a bold and breathtaking study of modernist ideals.  I think it is safe to say that this will be the most elaborate single family house I will ever work on.  It is featured in the October 2007 issue of Architectural Digest under the heading "Modernist Impulse on the Arabian Peninsula".

Watersound Lot 41

Located along the scenic corridor in South Walton county,  Watersound is a stunning development created by the St. Joe Corporation (Florida's largest private land owner).  Completed in 2008, this five bedroom, 5.5 bath residence is sited within Watersound Passages and nestled next to some of the most wonderful coastal dune lakes on the planet.  It is listed at 4200 square feet and sold for around 1.5 million.

Rosemary Beach – Keepman Residence

We are thrilled to be working on this Rosemary Beach renovation project.  Currently under construction, the images above reflect some of the design impetus and will be updated once we have new photos.

We are currently working on the kitchen for the VIE Magazine Idea House in Watercolor. Custom zinc hood, stunning tile backsplash, glazed horizontal upper cabinets, sub-zero + wolf appliances.

Rosemary Bluff @ Inlet Beach

The images above are computer renderings of Lot #3 and Lot #4 for a 12 house development within Inlet Beach.  Located on the Gulf of Mexico, they stand perched upon a bluff overlooking the white sand beaches of Northwest Florida.  Each house is approximately 4000 square feet and should sell for around 2.2 million.  They both have 5 bedrooms and six baths.  The renderings were done by one of our affiliates:  Redfish Rendering.
